    X-Weighted is a show on Slice, a Canadian station that follows someone for 6 months while they try to loose weight.  I saw an episode this morning while flipping where the woman named Melanie they were following had a goal to become a bodybuilder.  It has Debbie Leung in it and the 2 of them attend a bodybuilding event.  I don't know when it will be replayed but you can watch it on the Slice website.  It is in Season 3 episode 32.  Here is the link for the first of four parts.

    I assume it's like the BBC iplayer – specific to a country, so unless you want to spoof a Canadian IP address then you'll have to go elsewhere.

    Odd.  I guess that makes sense from an advertiser perspective.  Why waste advertiser sponsored bandwidth (and/or PPC costs) on viewers who will never be influenced by your ads?

    They do this all the time. People outside the states can't watch Adult Swims Fix (which adds shows on Friday nights) or any other networks online shows.
