ParticipantI'm liking the motorcycle. It's not easy making them look right.

ParticipantFirst off, it's nice to see an attempt at a comic. We were all novices at one time so it's no big deal if your work isn't polished. We've all been there. As for doing it the right way, all I can tell you is if you are willing and able to practice for many, many, many years you will improve your drawing abilities noticeably. You just need to put in the time and effort. In short, their is no easy way to get good.

ParticipantThese are looking nice. I like the refinements made to the inked image.

ParticipantI've read only tiny snippets of Crumbs work. As sad confession for a Small Press Comics guy like myself. Too bad it's up in LA. If it was being held at SDSU or UCSD I might consider going. It's a lot shorter drive to those venues for me.

ParticipantAn old propaganda cartoon. That's a neat find from the past. It's not quite as ironic as the previous post implies. Most of the bad stuff is just the State and it's small clan of beneficiaries trying expand it's power at the expense of the market. Capitalism, with it's Profits, and Losses is reserved for the masses and mercantilism, Profits for them, and Losses for us, is for the elites. Noting really new in that. Been going on for ages.
