    The pen tool gives you the option of making lines along a curve in a manner similar to Adobe Illustrator. The trick is to click and drag the pen until you see the handles appear for each segment. Adjust the handles until the line is as rounded and curved as you wish it to be. When you have the path laid in correctly, go to the path pallet and select "Stroke Sub Path" and choose the tool you want to do this job with. This will create a line along the path you’ve made with the pen tool at the size and color already selected for the kind of tool you chose for the stoke. Play with it a bit and I’m sure you’ll get the hang of it.

    That is some impressive work. I for one would love to know how you model these super huge women. Maybe do a stage by stage posting of the process so us aspiring 3D artists can get a behind the scenes look at how it’s done.
