    You know, I'm ashamed to say that it didn't cross my mind that my modification would reflect on how your work is perceived, and I apologise unreservedly for the breach of etiquette in not asking the original artist for permission to post a derivative of their work.

    I've asked the moderator to remove the links to it, (or you can do so if you can and would like to).

    Here's the AVI: iv-tko02_pg01_bottom-fmg.avi (2.2MB)
    And the GIF: iv-tko02_pg01_bottom-fmg-large.gif (7.7MB)

    The GIF is a pretty big file and is much grainier than the AVI, so go for the AVI if you have the XviD codec.
