Now that Nancy has retired, does anyone know if she still works out?

At a pure guess, I'd say she still is.  Very few, it seems ever completely give up on being femuscularly fit, it just depends on how much they still want to put into it.

Just a suggestion, but you might want to try a Google search for her and see what comes up.  😎

Incredibly hot!  She's kinda single-handedly reversed my view that fbbs needed at least some breasts to be sexy

Well, there have been some thread discussions elsewhere that have been speculating whether or not she's gone the breast implant route, the same is being wondered about her friend Cindy Phillips.  Hard to tell, tho, from the posted pictures I saw of them, could just as easily be the off-season rebound (no pun) with her weighing in at around 170 pounds.  😎

As for the diet: I was planning to reveal this in the next story, but she really has no "diet" as such. I was planning to posit (and this is not giving away any big plot secret) that her incredible strength is the result of a very active metabolism, which requires her to eat what the Coneheads used to refer to as "mass quantities" of food. So she'll be eating quite often, almost continually. And while she'll try to eat as healthily as practicable, there'll be times (like in the picture) when she'll polish off a box (or two) of her favorite snack…

Yes, along with the need for enlarged living accommodations, that's another one of those prosaic details that most seem to leave out in their stories involving super-enhanced individuals of near Human size.  😎

To a certain degree the problem isn't just cussed Human nature to lurk and leech (a phrase I picked up from Zombiewoof / Zombiegiant, anyone else here remember him from ^^Brigid's forums?) from the creativity of others, but simple timidity in coming to the forefront, despite the anonymity of the online environment.

Now, in my case, from day one I jumped in feet first and I have never regretted my participation on the many forums I've been involved with, taking enjoyment in my interactions with others.   😎

    Now directed at Lonebeetle –

Whether or not I got feedback for my stories and collages, I will admit is important, (in the past I've waxed on this to great length in other threads as to the various reasons why this occurs) but that shouldn't stop you (or anyone else) from participating/contributing in other ways, especially if you expect to have place like this to come to at all.  😀

Never heard of her. But she looks great!

I hadn't either – interestingly, the first time I had was in this month's issue of Musclemag.  She was (in part) featured in an article by her husband Ron Harris that covered their duel contest training.   😎

Certainly gives a new meaning to mutual growth encouragement . . .  😉

An interesting question you ask.  In my case while writing a story I don't use one-to-one direct conversions with the mental imagining of my characters to be enhanced.  Perhaps amalgamations or composites would be better terms since I do use similes of various r/w individuals to help the reader better relate to the physical appearance of my enhanced characters.

Thus, in the end given the application of my fervent and vivid imagination they are wholly my own creation.  😎

the bottom two are actually of Lisa Lewis. I actually like her more than Nancy. IMO she's way sexier lol  😀

Actually I stated that fact in my posting, guess the Bold print wasn't large enought . . . now corrected.  😉

I've used the polls feature here in the past when Amaz0ns was She-Grew.  A very useful tool if you're looking to test out the reactions of the community before posting a story or whatnot.

And yes, I voted YES!  😎
