Just as a side-bar, the concept (loosely speaking) reminds me of the Amazonian growth story "A Plague of Angels" by Au Goose involving nanotech as a disease vector.

Aside from Ebay, any ideas of where to get these comics?

Try the two principle on-line comic stores, just type in "Robotech" into their on-site search engines and all of the listings for that title should come up.  😎

    Mile High Comics: http://www.milehighcomics.com/

Ah the unreal abs of McNabb . . . **sigh**  😎

But you're right, there's not a lot of photos featuring her, but then she wasn't around for very long either, which probably explains it.

Of those I know about, besides the WPW photo sets, there was another photo op w/ her that was once featured by the (now defunct) Softwoods Fitbody website, six of which ended up in AAWA.

Drop me your email addy via PM and I'll send them on to you.

Well I mind! I want to see her bigger! She looks scrawny and flat-chested in that picture!  😉
    Joking aside, great job.

Heh, if she got any bigger, those arms would explode . . .  😮

As always, a super effort on your part Sir HSC!  😎

    Wow man…is there more??

She only appeared in the Marvel Presents as part of a four-parter story line with the She-Hulk, as to why they've never returned to her, it seems to be par for the course with the minions at Marvel.

Another character she ran into and that many would like to see return is Ultima from the Savage run, the pin-up artist Tom Burgos being the most outspoken on the subject.

Personally, my choice for a blast from the past would be a Stunner vs SH match . . .  😎

Hmm, buff fairy in a can. I think there may be a market for that, from the people who brought you Fanta (sy juice). cool pic.

Oh, I think that there is a market for it . . . already, ever hear of Sprite?   😎

(That was really bad, even for me.)

The growth counterpart (you just knew that this was coming next) is 7-Up . . .  😛

Sorta wish they'd get someone other than Horn to do the covers. Besides the fact that his She-Hulk isn't even fitness-level, his girls always look like they're laminated or something.

Mayhew certainly knew how to get our attention with covers like this one – still my favorate from the last run with a Collette Nelson-esque She-Hulkie.  Too bad that they didn't tap him again . . .  😎

Maybe I overthough this. But I was a little upset that three fitness models are considered "hulking" by this shows producers. If they are going for a "holy crap! shes a beast!" factor for women with any kind of muscular development i can imagine how viewers of that show would look at me. Some people have chosen to look at this episode as ground breaking because theres a tiny degree of growth in it, but honestly i think it sets strong women back.

No, I don't think you overthought it, but hit the mark right on target.  I still find it rather ironic that a girl-power program like Charmed that touts the concepts of tolerance and understanding about deviation from the social norm couldn't have handled it in a far more positive light.

By contrast, Stargate SG-1 treated the idea quite favorably with its two episodes involving Amazonian Jaffa (granted Jolene Blalock isn't a bodybuilder, but she was impressively toned in appearance) or (going back a ways here) in the case of Cleopatra 2525, one of the three principle characters was played by the buffed up Victoria Pratt before she shed the femuscle.  And of course, how can anyone forget the recurring role of Atalanta as played by Cory Everson (when she still was Ms Olympia impressive) in the Hercules series.  😎
