KeymasterThank you for the complements Rimmer8, Hunter S Creek and Zespara – it’s good to know that my collaging efforts are very appreciated hereabouts. 😳

Never heard of it. I’ve downloaded The GIMP but haven’t learned how to use it yet.Oops, typo there, was trying to spell it from memory – GIMP is the correct spelling.
I used to use PSP 5.0, but upgraded to PSP6.02, mainly because I wanted access to the (then newly added) Vector tool(s), which allows you to work with CAD-like drawing elements. In collages (since you have to cut out the model from the background) it’s especially of assistance in creating patches of life-like hair (or just strands of) to blend into an already existing raster based photo.

KeymasterUber-babes – very nice indeed! 8)
Technical question, are you using GLIMP by any chance? Reason I ask is, some years back Silent One (yes, the same person who’s the author of FMG story "The Necklace") did some fantastic work using that program in creating some nearly seamless morphs with fitness/FBBr pictures as source materal.
The one I remember best was one of Anja Schreiner that he "buffed-up" from a lightweight contender into a heavyweight Amazon. 😯

Here’s another thread, over on the HerBiceps forums, about Jamie Buffalari:

KeymasterI assume you’re referring to moi . . . I am such a terrible pun-ster . . . and am the Lord of the Double-entendre that my reputation precedes me. An act of contrition is beyond me . . . 😉

Now that’s what I call a Real Power Compact . . . and I don’t mean cosmetically. 😉
Or should I say, she’s the product of a Power Puff . . . you just knew that was coming next. 8)

Dan Slott, the current writer of the comic can be found there hanging out and commenting to the various threads.
Paul Pelletier’s definitely captured her physique as it should have always been drawn – muscularly majestic blended within a gorgeous demeanor that will cause passersby heads to snap off in whiplash. I’ve only seen her come this close to looking so good during her two appearances in Thunderstrike more then a few years back. The Avengers "Search for the She-Hulk" was also good, but marred by how the artist over vascularized her big green bod when Jen went incredibly wild – but then he was doing the same with just about everyone else in the story, too.

KeymasterThanks for posting the GTS alert – don’t think I ever heard about it, but then its not surprising as the only Rammstein pieces I’ve heard are the bumper-clips played by Mike Savage for his radio show.

KeymasterA ten page pre-view of Shanna – Issue #1 is available at the Popculture website:

Given how Frank Cho is drawing her, I wonder if he’s using the fitness-bodybuilder Melissa Dettwiller as a model of inspiration – but w/ redish tinted blonde hair, of course.

KeymasterI would be happy to post some artwork here but I have yet to figure out how to do that.
The trick is that most of my stuff has an url which belongs to a Yahoo group or to a site which requires membership. Whenever I try to post a pic in a forum message (or private mail) here it asks for an url. Past experience has taught me that using such an url does not seem to work.
Given that I am painfully ignorant when it comes to html, etc., I am certainly open for suggestions!
Don’t know if this is of any assistance to you Hunter, but I’ve noticed that several of the posters to the female bodybuilding / fitness forums use this setup to link their pictures directly into the forum boards.
Since you’re already familiar with Yahoo Groups I wouldn’t recommend using Geocities or Tripods / Angelfire – as you’ve already found out with the Groups area, the related free servers long ago put up firewall blocks so people couldn’t directly cross post to forum boards.
