She had a physique that was remarkable similar in sculpted structure to that of Ericca Kern in her prime.

that certainly seems to be the case. i feel that if the culture had stayed since the 80s, bodybuilding may have been a mainstream competitive sport like any other. just curious AlexG since i know you’re a bit of a fitness buff, assuming a woman has the perfect genetics for building muscle and all the right supplements and a good protein diet, how long will it take her to bulk up to FBB standard and can she still retain her feminity that way?

Somehow I missed answering this question until now, don’t know if you’ll log on to see my reply, but what the hey . . . B)

Mind you, this is purely a subjective opinion.

If they took their time, were able to commit to it with consistence and continuity 24/7/364 and probably with the supervision of a personal trainer I’d say it would take about five years to gain an exceptional-level physique – however, w/ a caveat – they’d not look anything like the current era FBBrs that are using gear to boost their size way beyond any naturally gained achievement.

Still would be impressive looking, tho.

    Just as an addendum,
you’d also have to use ultra high quality supplements* not stuff that you normally see in Walmart, GNC etal.
