    yes, that screencap is fuzzy looking but the entire video footage is very clear. nobody pushed me away, i just make a habit of lurking and not participating but when it was obvious to me that someone was critiquing something that i produced and they were…well…wrong, i just felt the need to correct it. i shoot with a decent HD camera and Andy encodes the video quite high for the site.  so all in all our video on muscleangels are extremely clear 🙂

    he he…no problem ;D yes it was shot in HD. but to get back on the real topic i just wanted to say that Alina is a doll. it was so much fun hanging out with her, shooting, and training together.  she is beautiful, funny, smart, classy…and not to mention super strong!  so what could possibly be better??  ok, i'm going back to lurker mode.  see y'all! xoxo~annie

    ummmmm, it is set on HD for all my shoots. i'm a dumb bodybuilder but not that dumb.  lol!

    hey, that video of Alina pressing 90 lb dumbells 🙂 was shot with a sony fx7 HD camera and encoded pretty high.
    what, are you looking at just the screencap?
