Nice one. Had not seen that one before. We’ve seen some similar ones over the years. Where was the guy kicking sand in his face and Nikki sending him away? An odd couple for sure. Never seen an FBB with a guy that geeky.

Yes. That is the video I meant. Same pretty face and nice voice. I guess she’s doing some coaching. Her off season that one year was the most amazing footage I have ever seen of any fbb. The year before was a nice off season too.

That is the only recent footge I have seen of Gina. She seems to want out of the public eye….bbing eye. 🙁

Gina is my all time favorite FBB. Beautiful. I’m not sure those are all real recent. Some them look like 2007-2008 from her site.

Which ones are recent. I did see one recent one a ways back. She was training a guy. Not as muscular, but still a nice thick frame and great look. 🙂

Great clip of Lisa. Awesome. She looks better and better everytime I see her. Fighting scene was great. I’d love to see her in pigtails and play a farmgirl in a fight vs a skinny girl who’s snooty. Absolute wipe out. That would be my Lisa dream..at her huge size now or even bigger. 🙂

Here is one of Anna from last year womanhandling a smaller guy. She’s getting stronger by the day. That is the good news. You can see how solid she is there in the lower body for the guy who had some doubts. 5-3, 230 and getting stronger. She may have been a bit smaller in this vid than now.

Here is another one that is a bit more dated. Her goal is to get stronger and stronger, but she is natural so that progression is slower than in some women we see.

I don’t think we ever said she was 100% muscle, but if you look at her legs in several of the videos she has there is no “cottage cheese.” It is not FBB type muscle at 5-3, 230 but it is solid old fashioned big girl power.

She is working on getting stronger and stronger which is not the norm with women that size to my knowledge. She moves well and has good athletic ability too. I would say your comment was mainly off base, though she is not all muscle of course. She definitely is not cottage cheese…trust me. The recent changes of the past year have been very impressive.

She is well past where this video shows which was 12 months old. She has tremendous bone width on which to build. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a wider physique. I like it.
