ParticipantThe video is gone everywhere. In response to the right look comment….I would prefer the girls were bigger and stronger than they are myself. They want smaller and what their view of marketable is. The men go with size and strength, but they’ve gone away from the Chyna and Aysa look I would have prefered in at least some of the girls.
The title for women is now called “divas title.” The NY Daily News mentioned that in a tiny column. The changing of the title from womens title to divas title tells me that is the direction they are going.
Divas with pillow fights, mudwrestling, and all that stuff. Not wrestling like the men do.

ParticipantNo surprise. They added people to the dea for HGH is very expensive and harder and harder to get your hands on from what I hear.
The gym owner who had the libel suit saying he never sold HGH or roids out of his Texas Gym in the Clemens case quietly dropped his libel suit vs some authors who said he was selling millions after sworn testimony emerged from none other than Andy Pettitte’s father saying he gave him thousands for HGH and it was face to face. He also said the gym owner told him exactly how to use it and was an expert.
The sad reality is very few of the girls we see are natural. Most of them look great if they play their cards correctly, but we’ve seen the downside. The enforcement issue is another reason why we see fewer women in fbbing now even as more and more get into lifting. It is an expensive sport, has no rewards at the contest level, and you don’t want to get arrested for roids or worse yet HGH or serostim.

ParticipantShe has the right look for the wwe. They don’t want big. She’s cute, young, has a good camera presence, and has the right look.

ParticipantOne of my favoriite finds back in high school was an Ironman issue with powerlifter Vicky Gagne featured. There was one pic in particular which stood out of her in shorts, suspenders, and a T shirt. I remember her saying she thought she was more appealing to men because she had more confidence than the skinny girls. She was on some powerlifting meets on NBC’s sportsworld show in the early 80’s and was in a movie called “Goin All the Way” in which she played a weightlifter.
That one and the Amazing Charonne (Carpnetier) stood out to me in my high school years. My dad was definitely not into it. He busted my stash of wrestling mags one time and wasn’t thrilled. That would have been cool to have a dad into it.

ParticipantOnce I got out of college I was more discreet about buying WPW. Always went to vendors where I did not know people. As far as buying tapes….got a PO box in a close by town rather than have them come to my house after one came way late from Premier Productions and was opened. Still wonder about that.
Happened again when I had my box, though not as slow a delivery. I had given up on getting that tape. It was video #55 of Premier prods and it must have taken 75 days. I figured they just kept the money. After that ….Po box.
The good old days of the fbbing contests. I recall being over at my friends and grabbing the remote so I could check the girls during football once….used to get reactions from other guys over. I was good at it. I would flick a couple of channels fast and usually someone would say keep that on for a sec.
Some guys hates it while others were quite intrigued. Saw that at the gym over the years too.

ParticipantI was in college when WPW first hit newstands and used to go to a local magazine place that had a huge selection. It was maybe a mile off campus. No big deal buying it. I bought all the muscle mags with women back then and was pretty big myself so they may have thought I just was into it for myself since I lifted often.
I did have one time my roomate found a couple of issues in my drawer, but he never said much about it except what is that about and I said I knew one of the girls. End of story. I think that was the Diana Panting issue.
I kept the issues well hidden in my suitcases once I lived in on campus housing. They were in the basement and not of interest to anyone but me. Musclemag, MD , and some other mags also had stuff on interest to us guys in those days. There was another , less hardcore, female physique mag in those days…..maybe Sleek Physique or something like that. Bought that too at this place. I used to read there alot and then decide. I usually got some mag….even non femuscle once in awhile.
