    Well said guys. I guess the glory days of the super amazon like Gina Davis or Tina Lockwood just appearing on the scene may be over. However, there will always be those who make some money in the so called “schmoe” aspect of the sport.

    The good news is women are getting bigger and stronger than ever naturally. The bad news is that there appears to be no bodybuilding or fitness type sport for them to make any kind of money in and thus the younger girls won’t come along as often.

    Sadly, it seems to me that more and more fbbs are just doing it part time and as a hobby. The sport seems to be dying a slow death. I hope I’m wrong, but it just seems like competitor interest is dropping off fast.

    I’m not sure we really know what has become of some ex-fbbs. Others are more active with things like personal training.

    Nice to see Valentina. I have no idea what Gina Davis and some of the others are up to. I’d guess they just are living life without the fbb lifestyle.

    Good find, Alex. It is sort of a catch 22 for the fbbs and the photographers. Not enough money to go around in many cases. I can see both sides of the arguement here.
    The internet has created more exposure for the pictures, but also can dilute the value to both the photog and the fbb.

    In the 80’s and 90’s there was likely theft, but it was much harder to do. You got the fliers and either bought it or did not. The price was higher too. You also had WPW and more exposure in Flex, Musclemag, Ironman, and others. You either bought the mag or didn’t get the pics.

    Good explanation about why there aren’t endless shoots of many fbbs.

    great arms and a nice combo of size and vascularity. I hope she keeps getting bigger in her transition to fbbing.

    I miss the days of the off season Gina Davis and Colette Nelsons puffing up. They weren’t as vascular, but much thicker and bigger.

    I’m not complaining….just wishing. 🙂
