ParticipantWhile I do admit that I have "issues" with Love Hina, I really, really loved that buffed up Naru pic here! Dunno why…then again, its a cute girl, she's really muscular and buxom with long hair…what more do I need?

ParticipantRegardless…its a cute powerful amazon woman…and you know how tough it is to find them :p

ParticipantI was actually reading about Thundra the other day in that F4 guide that came out. From how she sounds, she's probably the closest they had to a really powerful muscle woman…well, prior to Shulkie. 😛

ParticipantFor starters, I would like to apologize for not following the rules enough for putting something up on this board in the first place. I know I should have put up more stuff, but I was a bit apprehensive in doing so.
Secondly, I would love to say that One Piece…well, the original manga, is one of my favorite series out there because of the weird and wild stuff that the manga-ka, Eiichirou Oda, pulls while having a lot of great battles and characters. But I guess a bit more of my apprehension about putting up the sighting for Miss Monday is partially because of the weird design of her character (she looks like a cross of a little girl and a full grown man) and is because of the typical feelings muscle women get in anime/manga: they're too masculine to be depicted cute. Sure DC Matthews and many others have made excellent muscle girls that combine the best of cute and power, but I guess its not really a mainstream thing there.
BTW: I do admit though that they did get that muscle woman in "Rune Soldier Louie" right though…but that's another show and for another time.

ParticipantI don't usually start a new topic for just one thing but…….. I want to send out my requests seperate of the others cause mine are furry based and there are so few furlovers out there (you know who you are!) Any way I want to start off by requesting three pics of a specific character mainly
MINERVA MINK
FIFI (TTA) Tiny Toons
and Babs bunny…or any other bunny. Before anyone remarks that Atari has done all three I know this, but I want more of Minerva, more of Fifi and well any female bunny or female mouse, dog, cat, no reptiles unless Dragons, and well Horses…that's right "Gideon" may have started the Equine Female Muscle craze but someone can sure as heck give it a shot right?
Anywho that is whats on my mind today…tomorrow well I dunno we'll see thanks for reading and stuff hope to see good pics soon. I offer writing of stories in exchange!!!! Ol'Hap a.ka. "SammiChung"
Hey there Sammi. I don't know if this is what you want, but me and a web friend have actually been working on a little series on a Yahoo board involving a girl TFing into…well, a more buxom & buff Minerva! (its a long story) . If you want to read it, head over to:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Kid_Komix_Rogues_Gallery/(BTW: LoneBeatle, the guy that posted above, actually did a pic of these characters…as well as another busty/muscular minkette from another story. You can head to his board to see some more of that sort of thing)

ParticipantThanks for the support, but I guess I should have warned you that I am a writer actually…not an artist. I would love to put up my FMG/BE/were stories here, but I'm still a bit hesitent in doing so since this is mostly supposed to be a muscle board with a bit of GTS and related topics. But if you want to read them, I could put them in the "Other TFs" section of the story board.

ParticipantYeah, I remember some years ago in the Comics Buyer's Guide, someone had written complaining about the (lack of) muscle on superheroines, noting especially the differences between Bruce Banner's and Jen Walter's transformations… paraphrasing here: Why is it that Bruce turns into a mass of muscle while Jennifer just goes from "willowy" to "voluptuous"?
BTW: ya might not want to make your "BTW" text too small… it degenerated into a mess of jaggy lines, and I had to read it in the quote for this post to understand what it said.
I think that when it comes to TFs, they find it easier to make a woman seem like she's changing by increasing her bust size…maybe a bit of hair growth or height change. It just seems more visually obvious to an average person than a woman that grows in musculature. Probably there's also the "women with muscles" stigmata in modern culture as being freakish..but the art on this board and the enthusiasm of all of us say otherwise.
Oh, and the BTW was just a story plug for a Shulkie thing I did on the FMG story board, nothing more. But thanks for the concern…I guess I'm still sort of shy about putting my stuff up here.

ParticipantSorry about that…well its on at 10:30 tomorrow in some markets and this morning on other markets…and next Saturday/Sunday too. Just look for a Fox Box affiliate…..
(I'm not really that good with this sort of thing)

ParticipantWho knows how or why Marvel wants their main muscular female to be so slim…but I guess its one of those comic things where all females, even the super-strong ones, have to look like models that just so happen to be lifting immense meteors before they smash into the planet! Even if they have some muscle, its only about fitness level…
Regardless, I still think that Slott is doing a good job on Shulkie no matter who the artist is. Sure the Bollibo art can be a tad freaky, but I still think he does a good Jen for one thing…can't quite place why, but I like his Jennifer Walters more than his Shulkie.
(BTW: I know its not Eegore's Shulkie or even Tet-chan, but if anyone wants to see a potentially huge Shulkie, check out my Midonna tale in the FMG section….)
ataru320
ParticipantShulkie drawing by the guy behind Tet-chan? You bet I'll be there!
(imagines some sort of way a catgirl, preferably a TF one, can sneak into one of DCM's stories…but then again, I'm nuts)
