    She’s been one of my long time favorite characters from that series. Always looked awesome.

    I saw her in the flesh (as a bodybuilder) 2 years ago at the Tampa Pro. She was HUGE, bigger
    by far than any of the fawning middle age male groupies that pursued her everywhere she went (I kid
    you not — it was like a rock star was in the house). Two things that struck me about her, other than
    her gigantic size 1) she is VERY soft spoken. If she wasn’t a bodybuilder I would have taken her to
    be a librarian or something. Its not a bad thing, just kind of took me by surprise 2) she is a very snappy
    dresser, she was wearing these flare pants that were obviously all the rage in some exotic, hip
    European locale. She just seemed to have great fashion sense, which made her all the more sexier.

    Lucky for me I got to see her a hulking female bodybuilder before she downsized to physique.

    Shes still competing in BBing though, she made the choice to stick with it rather than downsize.

    The Achilles bit was during some sprint trainining. Bicep was from being drugged up post surgery on the ankle and falling back down the stairs.

    Alina’s fallen on some tough times. Made a mention of things on Facebook.

    5 weeks after the Olympia, she tore her achilles…then not too long afterwards, tore a tendon in her bicep.
