ParticipantWell, we WANT to see these types of women as superheroines, considering they have the build for it. Yet, all it takes is to look at the hollywood trash that keeps coming out to see that muscular women are still taboo. I think Gina Carano is the first step in Hollywood considering to cast women who look a little bit stronger, but still Gina isn’t exactly what one would call muscular.
The truth of the matter is, we are still decades away from ever getting a truly muscular female character as a lead without being some kind of B-Movie, I.E. Nemesis.
not to be off topic but was Nemesis worth seeing? I can’t find a good clip of it on the web >_>

ParticipantTrue Dat!
my biggest complaint, believe it or not, is the utter lack of personality displayed in the New52 PG, herself. Seems like everything else i see her in she’s got a sense of humor about her that’s always poking fun at her fanbase while being eye-candy at the same time

Participantbest of luck on your search…. whatever you do, don’t use imagebam if you can help it -_-

Participant
that is pretty awesome 😀
but…. couldn’t lifting that much like she did hurt her?
Sure, if you don’t properly brace yourself first.
She’s using the DB rack to do just that, but a bench would work just as well.
There’s always an inherent danger to any movement
if you don’t pre-think out what you’re going to do before you perform it.Not certain if that’s what you were asking, could you clarify your statement?
no that was a good enough answer 🙂
