If I remember correctly Karla Nelson competed around 200 lbs and she had absolutely no body fat at all ripped to shreds and off season had to be at least 220

She-Ra was almost enjoyable after sitting thru Netflix version of the she-ra
As far as the props go,…they’re obviously bought online{Amazon},… possibly bought from toy-R-Us/Target/Party City
