in a supporting role with other actors &actresses as the focus of the story, they seem to do alright.At present the only 1 that pulled it off – mostly well – was Cory Everson, and she was primarily used as a 2nd-tier character.
The only 1s that I can think of off hand that made the full transition from BBing to lead role acting parts were both male.
Steve Reeves in the late 50s / early 60s and still later on Arnold Schwarzenegger in the 80s & 90s.yeah,..even with the Weiders behind her ONLY 2nd tier characters rolled up to 6x-Ms.O’s doorstep
