Are you sure about that? The following case should let you know that posting sexual stories featuring children IS being looked at and prosecuted even though this particular case never made it completely to trial. While the issue hasn’t been completely decided, apparently there are Federal prosecutors who believe they can make the case against erotic stories featuring children.

As I said, writing a story featuring and fetishising ADULTS is one thing, writing a story involving 12 year old CHILDREN is something else and constitutes “OBSCENE” as noted in the Brawna’s terms of use and I don’t feel like posting there. I pulled them until Brawna removes the explicit stories featuring severely underage characters. (JIMP’s story Training Teacher and the other one which name alludes me right now)

I know, I know, people are going to hate me but there are other literature sites out there with erotic content where it is a REQUIREMENT that stories not feature anyone under 18 in explicit situations, and I (stress on “I”and MY personal feelings) don’t feel comfortable posting to Brawna at the present time.

People may dislike my decision, but in the end, it’s what I chose to do. Maybe one of these days I’ll break and repost (I’m still writing and I’d like to get the first half done) but for now…… sorry folks.

True, its probably going to happen but what happens when those people who have gone beyond, see themselves as better then us “normies”? You could be looking a whole new caste system like in Gattaca. What happens when people automatically think that the first group is “Smarter than us so why not let them have the reigns of government for a while?”
