Gilbert Hernandez (along with his brothers) are comic creator genius’s on a par with Alan Moore or Will Eisner. He recently put out a graphic novel called Girl Crazy that I would very much recommend. It as well as his brother’s God and Science both feature very strong and fit looking female central characters.

Where Monsters Dwell from Marvel comics. A Secret Wars spin-off that follows a pilot and passenger crashing into a lost-in-time jungle. After running from dinosaurs they meet a tribe of amazons. Very fit amazons. And one real muscled amazon.

Best parts are :33 and :44 where two of the um, fighters flex their surprisingly larger guns then I thought a lingerie model would have.
