This a a pretty belated answer, but that pic appears to be a standalone, and is included in the bonus pages of this collection: https://lhartfemus.com/product/tiny-dancer-all-boogie-woogie/ (LH-Art tends to remix what’s in package often, so I doubt it was paired with those Losarro stories originally)
I think it’s probably by Zero Galvan, who’s credited for that collection and who I don’t see anything else included that could be by him. Despite often sticking to boring bikini model types in his art, he’s capable of drawing amazing biceps when he wants to (see: the Magneeta series). The shading style in the linework also seems consistent. This thread actually popped up in the google image search results when I was trying to confirm the artist of the same pic, so hopefully this answers the mystery for a few people.
(Also, he’s apparently the same artist who has gone by “Al Shaded” and “UR-EL”)

comicvine.gamespot.com/maxwell-madd-and-his-wrestling-women-1/4000-485652/That was actually drawn by David C. Matthews (who does Satin Steele, Tetsuko, etc). You can find it on his website here. My favorite page is this one from issue 2.
chipperpipParticipantI really love your art!
(I just wish you decided to wipe everything you’ve ever done from the Internet less often…)
chipperpipParticipantNice find! (You should see if they’ll give you a copy to scan :))
chipperpipParticipantWhat, no one made a video clip of it? For shame, what kind of muscle-girl obsessives are you? Anyway, I took the liberty:
chipperpipParticipant0_o Bwah? If she was trying to see whether Tetsuko’s invulnerability requires conscious effort, shouldn’t she have only shot like, one bullet?
chipperpipParticipantDid anyone point this out? It may be a gender swap, but I still like it 🙂 http://www.bloomingfaeries.com/?p=2670
chipperpipParticipantI’m a member currently. Personally, I like the focus on the more muscular fitness models, although that does put you in competition with Krivs Studio. I love the fitness-type women who still have peaked biceps like Angela Kegler, Yenny Polanco, Rauchelle Schultz, et al, so nice job in picking them. My only real issue is that some of the videos seem to be improperly deinterlaced (the first one for Rauchelle Schultz, for example), and there’s some general slightly odd coloring/digital noise that I don’t really feel qualified to pin down. I’d be fine if you reduced the resolution to 720 instead of 1080 since there are other encoding factors more important than the raw pixel count, but that’s partly just because my PC tends to chug a bit on full 1920×1080 videos.
The 3D is an interesting idea that I’d have to wait until getting some red/blue glasses to give more comment on, but I do think the same pictures/videos should always be available in non-3D versions, since that’s going to remain a niche thing.
I don’t have many negative comments about the shoots themselves, except that it really annoys me when there’s a model with beautiful muscles who never actually flexes, most notably Monica Escalante in this case.
Let’s see… I really like the outfit in Theresa Hendricks’s shoot (sexy!), but the camera was kind of unstable, I think that was the case in a couple other videos too.
Overall I really like the site, it could use more content but obviously it’s just getting started, so I can’t hold that against it too much 🙂
If you’re taking suggestions for future videos, I love it when women flex while wet (from a pool, etc) or oiled up, or when wearing tight clothing so we can see the muscles through the material (biceps especially). If they have nice glutes it’s great when they show them off by clenching or controlling them (Alina Popa seems to be especially good at this). Also, I don’t know how easy she is to get, but Deidre Pagnanelli seems to have come out of semi-retirement and is actually looking amazing these days, and would fit well on your site. Keep up the good work!
chipperpipParticipantchipperpipParticipantThis was all I could find of it, don’t know if it was ever continued:
