Hi Chris. What type of lens do you recommend for these types of shoots? I've noticed that my 28-80mm has terrible distortion. I'm comfortable with just 50mm but is 105 or 135mm also good for full body portraits?

excuse my late reply…overlooked it.

are you shooting digital or film?
if digital : only a few cameras have full size chips…most dont…means your 50 mm lens turns to a wideangle lens !!
i would recommend min 100mm for digital to avoid distortion.
