ParticipantYeah, sure, I 'd like to contribute something to the art galleries (since I only used the forum yet). Any idea how to do that? Do I need recommendations?

ParticipantFreudian slip, perchance?
Well, it sounds similar … π
Actually, "corcarne" is Latin and means "heart of flesh".

Participantπ Great. Thanks for sharing! π
Aw, without sharing there would be no praises … π

Participantπ Thanks for the news.(and the art incidentally ;D ) π
My pleasure. π

ParticipantAgreed.
On the art itself:
I think it's very good. I like the details and the dynamism. It's also nice that not all women look the same: different muscularity level, skin tone, breasts size, etc.Keep it up man!
Thanks. I'll try. π

ParticipantVery nice stuff Corcarne. I think that clinches it for me. With as much time as I spend in a program like photoshop I may as well spend some time in Poser. It seems that with the ability to import settings and such the software can really make anything possible. The background on this scene alone would take me 3 weeks to draw…lol and wouldn't be as good!. I really like the ghoulish little girl in the background. How long does a piece like this take you? How long have you been working with this software?.. Please tell π
The background is indeed borrowed from the RPG "Oblivion". Nevertheless, to pose the already existent figures like Red or the Witch (which took me hours to create), find the correct lighting and shading, spread a little blood and fill the speech bubbles with some exclamations usually takes me at least one hour per render. (The more renders of a scene you do, the easier and faster it gets.) With "Poser" I work for three years now or so – on and off. There is one basic rule: the more money you can spend on figures, clothing, environment and stuff, the better results you get. Unfortunately, of that particular resource I have no surplus. Thus I have to improvise all the time …

ParticipantReally great render.
much taller? πcorcarne
ParticipantNice work… although it looks more like Pumpmonger's character "Red".
And if it is, then the answers to your first two questions are most likely "no" :o. Poor woman gets killed every other day, it seems.
Yep, it's her. Though I don't bother too much about the specification. Hey, they're both tough, muscular, sexy redheads. What's there more to say – or wish for? π

ParticipantVery cool dropping your version of Leia right into the movie. She looks wonderful.
Thanks. Well, it's not perfect, of course. I had to paint over the original Leia first. If you look closely, you will find some remaining parts of her … π

ParticipantI have to agree here. The first one is good, but second has something special.
Yeah, I guess it's the colour. B&W is always a little more artistic … π
