No doubt she's caught more then a few unsuspecting men offguard.

I would imagine that she has.  Is she still as strong as a few years ago?  I read that she used to train with Becca Swanson and wasn't far off.

Yep. Strength sports are really popular there.Strongman and -woman, weightlifting, powerliftimg, you name it, but you can see Poles there at the top.

Wróbel owns junior world records in 75+ kilos category and if I recall correctly, she hold those in senior level too but that have been bested since by Jang Mi Ran and some Chinese lifter whose name I can't remember.

Here's some of her training http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5DetIEatFss

Interesting note that she seems to be training in England  ???

There were quite a lot of Poles coming to live and work here while our economy was strong.

sharon tate could ahve use a LOT of muscle that last day of her life and maybe an AK-47 also!

Well, you put that slightly bluntly, but, having now read of her and her unborn child being victims of Manson's followers  :'(, I wouldn't argue.  Although, in a very British way, I dispute at times the sanity of America's gun laws, cases as tragic as that do make me reconsider my position.  Anyway, she was a very beautiful, talented lady.

While I was going through some old weightlifting material, popped in my mind that what happened to Agata Wróbel? She injured her arm and wasn't able to continue her olympic lifting so she chanced in to the strongwoman competition. She was in some small event but since that I don't remember seeing her in any sports.

She would propably have been quite a force to be reckoned with, since beeing one of the greatest 75+ kg lifters. At least she had the potential and as a Pole she would obviously have no difficulties finding strongwomen knowhow and experience.

Maybe her arm interfered with her training too much. I don't know.

Anyway  I guess she did some training with Aneta when this future multiple strongwoman champion was in national weightlifting team.

Not wishing to start or continue any national stereotypes, but the Poles do seem a strong people – Worlds Strongest Man and Woman titles both are hed by Poles, I think. ??? 8)
