I think you should embrace the fact that you can do this. Isn't that the beauty of democracy? That any ol' Joe, or in this case Jane, can elevate themselves to a position of government?
At the end of the day she's just a person like any other girl we may gawk at, except she has greater accountability for her role, not a divine right.

I meant neither of those things. I menat that it disturbs me that someone can get to possibly within one promotion of the most powerful position on the planet without significant experience at higher levels. Would you want me in charge of a nuclear power station near your home with only an introductiary course in nuclear fission? Well then, why should the rest of the world want someone with so little experience as President of the US? Is there really a presumption that, due to her party allegiances, she is immune from the abiltity to make mistakes?
I'll say this now; if McCain wins (and I'm sure he will, because Americans won't be able to force themselves to vote for the black guy), I hope he enjoys good health until he's 80. I really, REALLY hope so.
Oh, and BTW, I do feel that Obama is not experienced enough also, though I want him to win because, for me, he's the better option of the two that you folks have been presented with. To me, the sensible thing for the Democratic party primary voters to have done would have been to go for Hilary, then for her to pick Obama as running-mate.
