Getting back to large ladies, has anyone heard from Debra Haley recently?  Her website's vanished and her Amg-Lite page hasn't been updated in aaaaaages. ??? :'(

as for the gym, she should do as you suggest.  I was stunned when her previous local gym failed to help her at all.  You'd have thought that having a Pro as a regular would be worth its weight in gold, but evidently not.

I like the way the light is low to the left, as it makes the contrast between the lit and shadowed areas more stark.  It also accentuates the muscle, which is hardly a bad thing. 8)
