I think we can all (even dreaded left-of-centre milk and-water peaceniks like me) agree that she is, to use a very British expession "well out of order" in saying what she said.  I don't for a minute think that 9/11 was an inside job; I do think, however, that both Clinton/Bush (and Major/Blair) administrations were blase about the risks posed by extremists.
