Wow – tough, awe-inspiring, and she doesn't look like she's juiced up to her eyeballs either. 🙂
Not a great fan of the tattoos, mind, but I'm like Dave Matthews in that respect.

By the way, here's a link to a site that gives quite a lot of background to Boadicea.  Excuse the rubbish music, though!

Can you provide a link or indication of how we might be able to find it?

I remember about 18 years ago some British TV network took to rebroadcasting David Letterman's show in Britain.  It was a tremendous flop.  One American TV news network went around asking Londoners if they'd seen Letterman and what they thought of him.  One woman said, "I don't think American humor is terribly sophisticated and we British demand a bit more from ours."  And the interviewer, God bless her, said, "Such as Benny Hill?"

Not a very good example! ;D
I do agree though – Letterman's style, from what I've seen of him, seems a bit coarse.  Then again, British interviewers are heading the same way – Jonathan Ross springs to mind – as someone who toes the line betwen funny and crass, occasionally stepping over that boundary of good taste.  Parky is much more my cup of tea.

At a guess, she didn't want to go the drug enhancement route and dropped out of the contest competition, which was steadily going down the bigger is better regardless of the consequences in the mid to late 90's.

If that's the case, then I applaud her heartily.  I had a bit of an argument with one of the fairly new members the other day on this subject in relation to my favourite, Ms Langer.  He expressed regret that she didn't go for maximum muscularity – 180-190 pounds rather than 140-150, and I replied that I'm glad she didn't – for my taste, her elegance and facial beauty were and are a big part of why I found her so mesmerically (sp?) attractive when I stumbled across her the other month, and I'd have hated to find out that she lost those attributes later in her career in pursuit of size above everything else. 🙁

    Or Dave Allen . . .

    – not to mention the entire Monty Python crew.  😉

How could I have forgotten the great Irish raconteur himself, Dave Allen?  Genius storyteller.
