ParticipantI doubt she's changed anything – it's probably a matter of having not worked out prior to the event, so she had less of a "pump".
So how long does the "pump" effect from a workout last, guys? Not being able to workout to that extent due to my disability, I really have very little idea.

ParticipantFett – I've never seen Bill Bailey doing stand-up, but I think he's brilliant – in the true sense of the world on Never Mind the Buzzcocks. What do you think of the new host of Buzzcocks? I don't think he's a patch on Mark Lamarr. >:(

ParticipantThanks Lingster! Hi Fett, are you also a Brit? The only reason I ask is because you quoted the very funny Bill Bailey (I hope we both mean the same guy!) – although I've not heard the quote before. Like it though! I really will shut-up now, I think. Night all.

ParticipantHello Mr Lingster(!)
Good to speak to you at last. Thanks for your reassurance viz. Ms Biel. I hope I didn't come across as too much of an idiot in my introduction – I'm fairly shy about speaking to people via the 'net because the one and only time I ever tried it previously resulted in a Troll (I think that's what they're called) writing abusive things, which dissuaded me from using any Web forums for around a year – Amaz0ns is the first since then. My concern for Jessica is because, as I said, she introduced me to the wonderful world of female muscle, so I would hate for her to go skinny just to fit a warped, Hollywood idea of what women "should" look like. I was unsure of whether she had lost musculature because I have virtually no experience of judging photos and I was hoping that it was just factors such as lighting, her dress, etc. that led to the site owner saying "she looks dainty" ???
Perhaps it's about time I stopped writing-in to my own thread, it's because I'm grateful for people leaving welcome messages, and I feel that I should respond to them all. I'm British after all – we were once (19th C) famous for excessive politeness – now the opposite seems to be true.cpbell0033944
ParticipantBugger, still doesn't work. I think I need a lesson in how to do this linking thing. Still, if you go into blogger.com and search for "biel tank", you should find it. The site owner, an idiot called Phil, is overjoyed that Jess no longer looks, as he sees it, like a "muscle man" and a "tank". He even goes as far as to call her new look "dainty" ::) >:( ??? I fear he's a hopeless case – leave him in blissfull ignorance.

ParticipantThanks everybody for your kind welcome. I'm not sure that I'll ever be able to be as regular in terms of posting as some of the more illustrious members here, but I'll certainly offer a viewpoint now and again. Could anybody let me know where I should post my fears for the continued muscle goddess status of Jess B, please? I'd seriously like to get the opinions of some of the more experienced people on here as to whether she has lost muscle in the latest set of photos. I'll try and repost the link here (let's hope it works this time!)

I didn't know whether I needed to use a hyperlink or an FTP link, so I've tried both. Hopefully, one or the other might work.

ParticipantThanks Fett. By the way, has anyone been able to find the photos I was referring to?

ParticipantHi Jack, sorry about the cock-up on the linking front (have you seen old episodes of The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin? If you have, you'll "get" what I mean). If you go into the dreadful site that is egotistic.com, you'll be sure to find the photos. It's just that the thought of her ending-up with what Lingster calls "actorexia" fills me with depression – well done, shadowy Hollywood Svengalis, you might have claimed another victim.
Strangely enough, I wasn't expecting any replies just yet, 'cos I didn't consider the possibility of a fellow Brit being the first to reply. Yes, I have already seen the muscle morphs of Jess in Blade 3 – I've not seen the film, although I understand that it was a pile of steaming **%&. I have to admit that the one you show in your reply was my favourite – to me she looks so tough and sexy. I know it's futile, because, like any mental illness, anorexia etc. can't be fought by logic and reason, but I wish that these images of strong, healthy, fit young women were presented to girls as being safer, healthier and much more empowering than the likes of Mrs. Beckham (yuck).
I'd still be interested to hear your views on Jess if you can find the photos.
Cheers,
Chris. -
