ParticipantSad that a great piece is ruined by the inappropriate use of a word. Not only is the word rape offensive and upsetting to many people, but it's just ot the correct word. Ravish or (pardon my French) f**k senseless would convey the same wilful abandon without negative connotations.

I saw this article and didn't post it. Don't know why. Has anybody seen other articles like this? I thought I saw another which states how weight training is advantageous to women's health as much as cardio. 🙂
There have been all sorts of studies suggesting lots of benefits.
