ParticipantI loved the trailer. It was cool how they tied in a “secret mission” to the Apollo 11. I read a column elsewhere that interviewed the director. He said he actually had Buzz Aldrin in and talked to him for a long time so he could get the right feel for the Apollo sequence. He showed it to Buzz after they finished it and he got quite a kick out of it.
This clip and all the shooting they did, here in Chicago, I’ll definitely be seeing this. 🙂

ParticipantLet me be very clear up front, I am NOT, repeat **NOT**, justifying this guy’s attack on her, neither am I religious conservative.
That said, what the heck is she doing messing around on her husband? If you are having marital problems, legally seperate and/or divorce him, get out of the shared home you have, then take up with the new person. Messing around on the side like this never ends up in any good. Especially with a public figure like her.

Do you have it in a format other than FLV? It’s a bit difficult to play files that don’t naturally play in Windows Media or Quicktime. After the problems I’ve had using VLC, I refuse using that at the moment.
Here’s a link to the original news story with the video at the bottom.

I don’t really care about her private life but what did she do to that amazing hair of hers!
Yeah, that’s what I really noticed. She had that beautiful long cascade of jet black, silky looking hair. When she turned her head, it didn’t so much as move, as it flowed. Now it’s all lightened and highlighted up the ying-yang and kinda stringy looking. 🙁
I still think she’d be a perfect Chun Li, if she could act.

Zucker, Abrams and Zucker made a point of using “serious” actors in comedic roles, and Nielsen was perhaps the most adept of them. He will be missed.
He was interviewed once and was asked about his comedic turn. He replied that, until now, he had always been cast against type. In another, he said that comedy was always what he really wanted to do.
My favorite role of his is one of his dramatic ones, J.J. Adams, captain the starcruiser C57D in “Forbidden Planet”. I’ve read that some people credit the movie’s captain-first officer-doctor dynamic as being the inspiration for the Kirk-Spock-McCoty triumverate in Star Trek.
Goodbye Leslie, thanks for all the entertainment.

ParticipantSad to say, I think she’s married now. I’ve seen a couple of mentions online about her, and her name was listed as Rebekah Kresila-Hicks.
There goes that fantasy out the door. 🙁 :S

She looks like she stepped right out of one of his paintings. She could give his girlfriend, Julie Bell, a run for her money.
Oo-oo, there’s a thought, her and Julie in a painting by him. :woohoo:
