    Kim Kardashian – Fit in Your Jeans by Friday Workout.  She not to buff.  But She working out with a very lean and muscular women.  Check her flexing at about 45:10 in to the video.  Very, very, nice- double bicep pose. 

    Ms Kardashian doesn't need to be buff. She's got more than enough curves, in alllllll the right places, to make up for it.  😮  ;D

    I think that happens to people who drive themselves too hard to succeed at something, they feel a need to continue to improve and they fear that if they don't find a goal to set, that they've become complacent and are on the downswing.  So they start to pick at everything obsessively.

    If she took time away from weightlifting and bodybuilding, it may wind up being therapeutic for her.  Best of luck to her regardless of the circumstances.

    It could also be a basic problem with the bodybuilding mantra of "visualize". You can visualize all you want and not be able to reach it because of physical limits or reality.

    I would think "push it a little more" or "5 more pounds" would be better.

    Maybe not from a bodybuilding aspect, but its still classic Tex Avery animation from the golden age.

    God, who cares?

    Anybody with a sense of humor, even if they don't like The Simpsons. Just the idea of Playboy doing a pictorial spread of a cartoon character is great.  😀

    Just proves that woman doesn't have to as big as a guy to be just as strong.
