I have seen bits and pieces of the show Superjail but never got around to watch it fully. If you are refering to the muscular jail guard her name is Alice. Though it is suggested that she may be a transexual b/c of her deep voice. The show is pretty graphic and sometimes funny but it has a lot of potential in my opinion. It is shown on Adult Swim.
