ParticipantThat's absolutely stunning! I concur with the suggestions about a "proper muscle system" and adding some animation to the hands (which shouldn't be difficult, especially since you don't need a lot of movement there) , but I'd love to follow the progress on this – especially when the hair is added!
Awesome job!

ParticipantWell, I can tell you her head is not unusually shaped, so anything you come up with should be OK. I'd maybe fill out the temples just a little bit.
How good is your modeling program at hair? That's going to be the problem, I think.
Feel free to note me if you have any questions. I'd love to see this model be as good as can be. And you're off to a great start.

ParticipantFishing for compliments . . . even DCM is not immune. 😉
You got that right! 😀
Anyway, it was a great sketch Dave! I hope this doesn't discourage you from more random scribbles!
Nah, it'll take more than that. Mainly I did it because I thought it'd be fun; I just thought it was unusual not to get any reax to it.
Altho I'm a fan of Tet-chan, I'd like to see a continuation to Janet's competition story!
I'll be returning to "Contest Jitters" someday. Soon, I hope…

ParticipantI'm starting to wonder now if there was something wrong with that thread (similar to some trouble I was having with a couple of postings). To find out that it didn't get seen the first time does make me feel better.
Aw, don't worry about that. You're just finished, that's all. Ehh, it happens all the time. That's the art business for you: one day you're the most important guy that ever lived, the next day you're some shmoe working in a box factory.
Or drawing caricatures for tourists in some theme park ;D

ParticipantVery good start! You're on the right track. I'll be following your progress with great interest.

ParticipantApple hasn't dropped the copyright to those songs… those copyrights still belong to the label/artist/whoever.
What Apple has done is removed the digital-rights management (DRM) from the music files they sell. There are now no technological barriers to sharing and distributing those songs.
But doing so in a way that violates the copyright holders' rights is still illegal.
Personally, I never had any problem with the DRM in the music I bought from the iTunes Store. But then, I was buying those songs for my own enjoyment, not to distribute them to those who were unwilling to pay for them.

ParticipantHe already jumped to Oblivion, what more do you want!?
Don't worry, folks, he's safe!

ParticipantHate to be the downer here, but even if She-Hulk did win, I doubt very seriously she'd be depicted with any serious muscle.

ParticipantAw dang! Now I have to look up who Jennifer Hardstone is.

ParticipantWhile I find a lot of fault with both the movie and music industries and how they've handled the digital age, I think it's fair to point out that protecting copyrights isn't censorship.
That's the point I was going to make as well… that this might well be invasion of privacy, but it is not censorship.
