Maybe, maybe, maybe the fact that Fox is considering it means they've learned their lesson with Firefly, after seeing its roaring success on DVD and in theaters as "Serenity" – maybe it wasn't a blockbuster, but I'm given to understand it was profitable, and it certainly got great reviews from critics and fans.

    I'm keeping my fingers crossed…

After a while, it was just difficult seeing Storm look up to Wolverine in the X-men Movies.

I seem to remember that Angela Bassett was originally slated to play Storm.  I also seem to remember that Bassett wanted the role, while Halle Berry felt that it was somehow "beneath her dignity" to be in a "comic book" movie.  (At least that's what I recall.)

Now, I don't know how tall Bassett is (especially in relation to Hugh Jackman), but I think she'd have held her own enough that she wouldn't seem to be "looking up" at anybody, even if she was shorter.

I've put your dA gallery on my dA watch list – you're starting out well, and I expect you'll only get better as you learn more about 3D CGI.

    An auspicious debut!

I presume Q-Tip must be a proprietary brand; in the UK we call them cotton buds.  I suppose in the Deep South, a cotton bud would be a friend who owned a plantation. ::)

Yeah, "Q-Tip" is a brand name; "cotton swab" is the generic term here in the US.  Although it's like "Kleenx" and "Scotch tape", the brand name slowly becomes the generic term.

Uh oh, topic drift!!  Getting back on subject…

…uhhh, TC2 pretty much covered all the other games I remember.

Now that's the way to debut on Amaz0ns!

Looks like you'll be finding a lot of fans here.

Are you familiar with Stef?  He's another French artist who sometimes posts his work here.

I remember "Atlasphere" – I think it may have been my favorite.

Each contestant is encased in a large (10' diameter or so) wire-mesh sphere which they would roll around the court (much like a hamster in a ball); their goal was to score as many points as possible by rolling these balls onto targets which would emit a jet of (I presume) dry-ice mist to indicate a successful hit.  The Gladiators also roamed the court in spheres of their own, their objective being to obstruct the contestants and prevent them from scoring.

And of course there's the event I like to refer to as the "Q-Tip Joust", because the heavily-padded sticks they used looked like, well, giant cottom swabs.

(Not much on remembering specifics like rules, etc.; sorry.)

I dunno, Mr. Slade looks too happy to be the Bad Boy. Right at this Moment I can't really imagine, that he might fight with Tetsuko in any Way 😀

    Just wait… heh heh heh.

And that Commentary is just hilarious.

Awesome Work, thanks a Lot Mr. Matthews 🙂

And thank you, everyone, for the kind words.
