Not unless Gideon's explicitly selling the copyrights to the images. Physical ownership of artwork does not necessarily confer reproduction (or any other) rights.

I notice they do the same thing here that a lot of my favorite anime series do: put the lyrics to the theme song along the bottom of the screen (so that the viewer can sing along?) (Can you imagine if they did that for the animated Tick series theme song? "Dub do-wee, dub dub dub do-we da!")
