I agree, most injections (that I've seen/had anyways, besides those prickly "head shots") are given through the arm, and I didn't think of it either, since the last time I saw the "booty shot" was a while ago!

On my own? no! I'm not that good at reading japanese (or listening/speaking it) at all yet! However just for you guys I went somewhere and got a person by the nickname of "ataraxia" to translate it for me! Here's his translation, and thanks again ataraxia!

Upper Right:
"I'm going to be 13 (high schooler) too. I'm going to be a woman now~"

Lower Right:
This is Chiyo-chan. Just kidding — I'm sorry.

Upper Left:
"If you get big, you're no longer Chiyo-chan! You're just Chiyo!"

Quick cultural lesson, little girls are often refered to with the "-chan" honorific, and since Chiyo is so small, she's always referred to as Chiyo-chan. Even in the american anime, everyone else is called by their first/given names (Sakaki, Kagura, etc.), but they still in their american voices keep "Chiyo-chan" for Chiyo. that's what the Upper left's dialogue is referring to!
