Fabiola was at ‘Tout le Monde en Parle’ on sunday (10/23), and I must say that the woman is an amazing spokesperson for the sport. She’s beautiful, she speaks well and she’s a much more understanding and patient person than I’ll ever be. Some of the comments which were sent her way during that show were outright insulting. My wife, who’s a fitness girl with a fair amount of muscles herself, was about to jump through the TV and strangle one of the guest.

So congratulation Fabiola and keep it up. You make us muscle lovers proud.

I commissioned Eegore a while back ago, so obviously he was still around back then. After that though, he posted a few things on his DA account and pretty much went silent. So maybe he’s just working on some commission or another, or just dealing with real life stuff.

This seems to be a pretty familiar issue actually – real life stuff. I’ve been part of the BE/FMG community for around 15 years. I used to be a lot more active on forums and message boards than I am now. Being older, these days I will usually look at forums before leaving for work while my lady is still warm in bed. Back at night I have little time to come around and post and comment the way I would like to. I appreciate the fact that there are still forums like Amaz0ns around, and there are period during the year when I can afford to post more, but all in all it sometimes feel like place like these are full of old(er), busy(er) men. I hope that Lingster never consider closing this place down, but truth be told, if we feel that there’s not enough happening, not enough being said and posted, that’s our own damn fault.

Somebody has hit the gym pretty hard here! Nice. My understanding is that she went full fitness after her baby and in preparation to her next TV show. It’s good to see an actress who’s going to play a cop and who’s actually going to look the part.

One of the best before and after I’ve seen. The fact that she still looks like “original” self, and is still as pretty certainly does help. Often you see before and after pics, and while the changes to the body are great, the facial features are so different that there’s some kind of disconnect between the two. Not so here, IMHO. Quite a transformation and quite a body.
