    The blue-haired one is traced from one of Chris Morrison's drawings of Sheeri.  I believe it's the file photo from the Polymer City Chronicles Archives.  It even still has four fingers.  It just has Lunch's head on it now.

    I think the fact that she had three fingers (as do all Urusai) was a dead giveaway. :p

    Anime was the last place I expected to see this sort of thing, because usually the Japanese are really brutal when depicting stereotypes. Looks like at least in some aspects of the medium, things are loosening up.

    True that geeks are often considered 'outside' popular social circles and are thus often more receptive to those who find themselves ostracized by popular culture, but I think it's less about being a geek and more about being open to people that are outside the societal norm.

    I told her via e-mail that this was an amazing piece. She should have less of Lu hiding back there though, but I guess having more of her visible would've been hard to fit on the same page with the both of them. :p

    This is a point where are imitates life. Most FBBs have a large amount of chest separation, so I overexaggerated it in much the same way I totally blew out all the other muscle groups. Doesn't help that she's got those cans jammed into a metal harness, either. :p

    I'm more or less just trying to expand my range. I don't like drawing the same body types all the time, and Sheeri's taken so much crap over the years that it just seemed like she needed a little empowerment…at least HERE, anyhow. :p

    I find it hard to be critical when people color my stuff, cuz I think it's cool that they'd want to do that in the first place. :p

    Not to bother or offend any one but I had free time And did a coloring below.

    Nobody to offend, I don't think. :p My work's sorta made for this sort of thing, and I always like seeing what people come up with. 😀

    I don't see her as being unnecessarily violent, but rather a bit more of a showoff. Probably prefers to intimidate her rivals through displays of sheer size alone, but would end up doing a lot of collateral damage when the fists started flying. :p
