ParticipantI love sheerie in any form, and there are a bunch.
Dr.Otto has one the best grasps of drawing cute toon characters.
To bad the other Sheeries art work are lost to time.
great workWell, I'm not so sure about that, either. I'll probably end up posting them to DeviantArt one of these days, as I haven't found a better hosting solution just yet.

ParticipantI don't think Chris does that stuff, man. ;D
Not that people haven't asked before. :p
Dr.Otto
ParticipantI would have suggested that but Fett already asked me if he could have his contribution doing that.
Like I said, don't worry about it. I screwed it up, so there's no reason you should have to chase tails to shoehorn it in. :p

ParticipantOh, thanks for the thread reference; I never thought to look outside of this particular forum since this is about the only one I ever look in on. Yeah, I kinda see where it's headed now, and it's ok if you can't fit her in…looks like I kinda worked outside of the guidelines so that's my fault. :p
I do have a larger version, Gettar; as always I'd love to see what you'd do with it. Drop me a line at andrah@hotmail.com and I'll send you the original full scan.

ParticipantAdd to what? :p I admit to knowing next to zero about the project other than what you initially contacted me about in that e-mail, has it grown into something bigger? I just wanted to send something along because you'd asked me personally; I'm only sorry it took as long as it did.
Dr.Otto
ParticipantOh yeah, that turned out amazing! 😀
Dr.Otto
ParticipantTrue this; I never really think much about pose or body language because it usually developes as the lines come together. In this case, the pose is one of my pretty basic ones, but combined with the facial expression it gives an impression of pride and confidence without seeming aggressive or adversarial.

ParticipantThanks. 🙂 Interestingly enough, out of all the time spent on this one, about 90% of it was spent developing the head/facial features. Moving forward I'm finding myself interested in conveying personality and demeanor through more complex facial details.

ParticipantNice job, Dr. Otto! What did you use as the model for the face? It looks vaguely familiar.
Nobody. This was strictly mental imagery.
Dr.Otto
ParticipantYeah, like I said, I haven't really felt much like creating; I haven't updated the strip in over a month, either.
