Check out the Bunshou-dou Blue-Units thread.  This pic was commissioned through OMC by the owner of that site, and is of his original character Eiko Moriya.  She's a police officer and this pic was in an RPG-type setting.  The artist is MID-KNIGHT (??????), I believe.

did a terrific job on this, and I absolutely love the pic and I asked him for a color version which I'll post tomorrow.  I'm such a tease… 

As you can see, I've become enamored of this particular pose.  The particular exercize is called the hero curl.  Chun-Li of Street Fighter fame is known for her legs, but her arms ain't shabby either. 🙂
