Yup, the modified searches are really useful.  They're FAQ topic on search is also pretty useful. 

By default, searches just search the tags that the artist defines, and the description of the deviation (I think).  That's why I always add my name as a tag to all deviations I submit so that they'll turn up on the tag searches.

elee0228, do you know if there is anyway to buy works from Wi-Z Garage directly?

It probably sold out.  There's a limited print run on most Doujinshi so you have to get them while you can.  The only place to buy them direct is at Comiket.  Or you can try buying through Comiket's online service.  I've never tried it, but it's got a fair amount of English on the site.
