Surfer's Paradise is a Japanese search engine for artists and artwork.  They run a contest every year for Miss SurfersParadise.  One artist submitted a few nice pieces featuring buff women back in 2001 on this page and this page, and in 2002 on this page.  He submitted three pieces altogther which are thumbnailed and linked below:

Actually, these aren't from Suikoden II, but rather Suikoden II Gaiden.  The Suikoden Gaiden games are adventure games rather than RPGs, but they are tied in to the main Suikoden continuity, I believe.
