ParticipantI just picked up the first issue. There's some pretty nice artwork in there. I'll try to scan a few samples at some point. Just found out that it's available at YesAsia for $6.75 shipping included. Here's the link if anyone is interested:

ParticipantSince I missed 3 days of posts this week, I'm making it up with these three nice pics of Tess Yong.

ParticipantNot the same girl as the previous post, but another random hot girl flexing.

ParticipantI didn't save a copy of it… Did anyone else manage to get it before it went down?

ParticipantYeah, but I think she was voiced by a man. There's another more feminine character that shows up later in the Alabasta story-arc (playing now on Toonami) who gets pumped up by her own devil-fruit (toge-toge) powers for an episode or two. Her name in the Japanese series is Ms. Doublefinger, but she'll be called something else in the english adaptation. Her entry at Wikipedia has a pic of her face, but not her pumped-up state. I've got the manga, which I'll try to scan at some point.

ParticipantI heard an interview with one of the organizer's that they were planning for 10,000-15,000 people. I'm pretty sure Big Apple Con gets way less people than that.

That's funny, I was thinking the same thing.

ParticipantI have no idea if there's any more of this series, but this cover for Curry Kingdom (?????) shows a tough looking chick. There's an anime that has a similar name to this called Curry no Kuni no Kobal (??????????), but I don't think there's any relation. Anyone know more?

ParticipantDid anybody get that book?
Can you order it in America?
Dose anybody have any pages from that? You can order it from Amazon.co.jp. Here's Book 1 and Book 2.
You'll have to sign up for an account, and there's some English in there. It's close enough to the Amazon.com interface that you can probably feel your way around.
