On your side note, my Superman sketch is actually very top heavy next to the Marvel heroes. Not too Liefield, but inspired by the JLU cartoon approach. I drew Capt. America a bit smaller but more balanced, and my Cyclops version is much leaner and more average.

First, I hope I could see that cap, sups, cycls image.

Second, I think you got the characters right, but it leads to one of the things I hate the most about DC. I've tried to understand why 2 aliens from different planets, a speedster, an avenging knight,an intergalactic policeman, and a guy who loves fishes, have the same built. For me that's just ridiculous. It's impossible for all of them to have the same body.

Well Holiday, I think the only reason Cat is a teenager, is that ther created her a teenager. I've read most of the series run, and she never really had the teenager face. she always looked more of a mid 20's chic, at least to me.
If you want to make a good comparison, I would sujest that you make Cat like Tre sujested. Cat would look more lean and WW more ripped. If you want to picture the difference, make catlin look like she has 22 or 23, and WW look like she is 37 or 36. Jen, should llok a lot like WW facial like, but she should be the biggest of the three ( built and height ).
On a side note, Comparing characters from different companies is kind of hard, because Superman is as strogn as the hulk (I don't think so ) but sups is about 200 pounds and the hulk is arroun 400 (not too pissed off). So, comparing characters whose stats are incridebly different, but have the same or a very similar power level is kind pf hard.
My final sugestion for you, draw them, the way you feel they should be drawn. If you feel they sghould look like that, then they will look like that.

Besides gblocks acurate coment, all I can say is : DO IT. Sit your ass on the chair infront of your computer ( I don't think you are using a tiping machine) and start. Take it from me. I've been free for almost a month (summer here), no classes nothing, and I have a bigger "to do" List than the one I had durring the hole year.
Just sit and start typing anything, after a few seconds, or sometimes minutes (lets hope they don't turn into hours) you would have started something.

Free time managment is something they don't teach anywhere, but they should. One finds himself with a lot of free time and a lot of things to do, but ends up watching re-runs of Smallville, ER, or even the Nth version of Big Brother. Just put your ass infront of the machine and start.
