fasolaParticipantwhat, who's that blond…..
(thinks for some minutes…)
Oh, Yeah, now I remember. That's another DCM character.
Nice work David, the story keeps on building.
BTW, I thought that Holly was being awfully friendly, and that she was plotting something.
fasolaParticipantHere are some pics from Bisley that I found. Not The ones you are looking for Greg though.

fasolaParticipantyeah, she does look like a Bisley character. Something like F.A.K.K or something like that. Is she is that character, I think she appeared in the Heavy Metal 2000 Movie.
fasolaParticipantWell, Bobillo did go well with Slott's style, and also, he was the only one (at least for me) to give Jen and Shulkie a facial similarity. they look like the same person and not two copletely different characters
fasolaParticipantTiger, I think you should look three post up from yours and you will have your questions answered.
fasolaParticipantFirst Holiday, thanks for the info, but an incredible curious man that I am, I couldn't resist, and read Deadly genesis. Man that think Scott said to Charles at the end is very mean. I don't know how everything will end, since the power are back on Earth, and maybe everything gets back to normal. There evens seems to be a big fight in Genosha, or was it at the Moir island, well don't know got to check that back.
Fungo, Spider-man's side story is the most I want to check out, It seems that he is at the mother of all rossroads, let's hope they put it nice enough to make it memorable.
The thing with Ms Hill (S.H.I.E.L.D. actualk C.E.O.) is that after the third Secret War (you have to check that, it has an amazing art, and the story is quite good (specially now, with the Civil War thing)) (-man a coment insede a coment, I know-), they put her there, because the goverment is shure that she is not a Furu loyallist, and she wil remaind on their side (this becomes clear in the Fury files). What remains unknown is, if Ms Hill is a spy inside the force or something. All the corruption in SHIELD and HYDRA is what got the New Avengers toghether.
I really looking foward for this. The only thing that bothers me, is thta Civil War has started, but we still have the Avengers fighting the Super Mutant. That is some bad timing, we can't have too arcs come at the same time, and they are both separete. they are mixing the timeline, and that has me confused.
fasolaParticipantwell, got it, read it, liked it
Slott's work keeps being inpresive. He really brought her back. The fact that he began to make a difference between Jrn and Shulkie is amazing, and I think it will be put to the extreme in Civil War.
Conrad's work is amazing, and yes that openning page is priceless. Also the punishment Starfox get's is great (artwise).
Now we get Nº8, the Civil War tie-in, with Paul Smith in the art department. I got some samples, and I'm not too pleased, but I'll wait untill the issue comes out.
The fact that they are getting guest artists since Bobillo left, is making me kind of nervous. I know it seems that the series sell good, but not getting a permanent penciler is not a good sign, at least for me.
Here is a preview for nº8 that I found.
Gentlemen and ladies, Wich side are you on?
fasolaParticipantPlease continue. It is incredibly descriptive. it will truly rock.
fasolaParticipantyes, it was kind of weird for me, specially because I was a small kid in that time (about 8) and it was the first time I saw it. In those days I had mixed fellings, like there was something more that I liked besides the normal joke. It was also one of my first BE experiences, and now it is all to blury in my mind.
I never saw it as a she-hulk parody in those days, because I wasn`t aware of her existance, I only saw it as a twisted Hulk parody. I don't know exactly when it first aired, but I don't know id it was a parody about Jen, but mostly about the Hulk. Unless, Mr Hill was a closet schmoo, or a fan of strong women.
Thanks for the memories Delmo
May 19, 2006 at 5:35 am in reply to: Could it be…? Is the birth of Ultimate She-Hulk imminent? #19706
fasolaParticipantThis was supposed to be posted a while back, but with the problems, I can do it now. so here we go.
I'm liking the Ultimate Universe. it has it's ups and downs, but I like it after all. I also feel some character are kind of lame, but I have to get more stuff to make a more aqurate critic.
About the posibility if the ultimate She-hulk, I'm looking forward for it. In the Ultimates we were told that Bruce had a cousin named Jennifer. In Ultimate Wolverine/Hulk, they never say that they are the same person, but if one looks at how the ultimate universe was writen, they respected the charaters realationshipos and powers and so on. So, my guess is, that she is his cousin, and that she will become She-Hulk. There is also the way she talks about Banner, like she knows hims, and has feelings for him (not romantic).
So, Let's cross all our fingers and hope for the best a mainstrem comicbook company can come up with. And about the real reason for this post, her it its. I tried a different style and blending, so PLEASE give me some feedback.
Have fun,
Fasola -
