    Which should not be surprising given that, to different extents and with different provisos (e.g. my dislike of the effects of heavy steroid use) we all like big muscles on women.

    Yeah I guess I should have added an option for "Fantasy amounts of muscle"

    Well, this has been going for about a month now and the results clearly show a preference for bodybuilders. Followed by figure and finally fitness.

    Wow, Anja Langer is hot. Never heard of her before but I'll be sure to check her out now.

    I was ambivalent about this one- generally speaking, the actual degree of muscularity doesn't have a whole lot of impact on how well I like a woman.

    On a purely visual level, I like a woman who looks comfortable in her skin.  Some bodybuilders manage that really well (Cindy Phillips, Melissa Dettwiler), others not so much.  Just, generally speaking, figure competitors always look happier to me…

    That's why I prefer figure competitors too. Female bodybuilders to me look like they're unhappily taking it too far, while figure is shaped to perfection.
