ParticipantShe makes appearances on forums when she can find time… which admittedly isn’t that often….. LOL. But she’s very good about customer service and responding to her fans. I take the opportunities to promote her site when I get a chance, since I DO have the time to participate in forums… it’s part of my job!
She has a very busy and aggressive work schedule and barely has the time to run her own site… but she does, and she does so extremely well. I give her tons of credit. She runs what is probably the most professionally maintained and updated solo model’s site in the female muscle world. Of course, we at HDPhysiques help out too, since we update the site when she travels or has other things on her schedule and what not, but she is largely responsible for the excellent customer service and updates. TanyaFitness and HDPhysiques is an outstanding partnership, and by using our web design she’s able to supply CONTENT for her customers with outstanding consistency, as opposed to other models who have to rely on a web designer to do it for them.

ParticipantCongratulations to Canada’s newest IFBB Pro Gillian Kovack. Gillian won the Heavy Weight and Overall at the 2011 IFBB North American’s in Cleveland. This was a fun shoot right in the Mall last Monday.

ParticipantDue to lots of questions coming in… here are Lyss’s answers in her own words:
Height: 5’7
Weight: 163-167 in pics, 185 off season
Contest Weight: roughly 155-160
Measurements (biceps/quads/calves): As of right now-
Arm: unflexed 13.75 flexed just shy of 15
Quad, haven’t done since over several weeks ago, but prob 24.5
Calves, 15.25
Strength: bench, curls, presses, squats, leg press, etc…:I don’t have one particular strength in the compound lifts like squat and bench and deads
here are some lifts
Squats; 365-375 8-10 reps
Bench: 200x2reps, or 185x 5-6 reps, or 165x 10-12 reps
Incline Bench: 135×10-12 reps, or 165×5-6 reps
Deadlifts I rarely do , esp right now
Presses depend on the machine, but normally 450-550 for 8-10 reps on any of them…
curls haven’t p.r.’d on those in FOREVER but i know i can do do 80-85lbs for about -10 repsAnd let me remind you and others that these are all lifts solely done by me, I have never had a spotter, which is unfortunate at times, because I could be growing alot more if i did…
