You guys are absolutely silly. Ready to blow off a movie because Wonder Woman isn’t built like Shelley Beattie. The trailer looks pretty good, an interesting DC movie finally. And I think Ms Gadot, despite the lack of muscle, looks damn sexy.

I don’t have a problem with her physique. I have a problem with this film.

That trailer did everything except tell us who these characters are and who they will fight. All I got out of it was Amanda Waller could be the Devil, Batman and the Joker make an appearance,

Let’s look at the trailers of predecessors and see which is more informative.
    The Dirty Dozen

Same Here, I hate how this movie is trying so hard to be taken seriously. Adding Wonder Woman to this movie almost seems pointless aside from trying too hard to be as good as “The Avengers”.

    Avengers, eh?

    1. Scene where superhero walks into a court room. Had that in Iron Man 2.
    2. Raising the question if these superheroes are a menace. Had that in Avengers: Age of Ultron. But it was already addressed in The Watchmen.
    3. Sexy female lead in a ball gown. Daredevil, Iron Man, and lots of other films! Scene where the woman gets into a car to leave isn’t new either. Nolan already did that scene in The Dark Knight Rises.
    4. Scene where a hero holds a kid to protect them. Already saw that in Age of Ultron.
5.Scenes of Batman’s tragic origin. Done before. If we wanted to see what torments Wayne now it should reflect current events.
    6. Obligatory scenes of Batman’s war on crime. Unnecessary. We know what Batman does.
    7. Villain spouting like a philosopher. Done before. Lex acts like Loki.

    This is a hack job.

Yeah, that is one thing I didn’t enjoy in my trip back home. Had to log into the airport’s Wi-Fi only to see that…angst. It looks like a hack job. Wonder Woman was getting her ‘Xena’ on as well as dressing up in a ball dress. Lex Luther feels like Loki. Another superhero walks into a court room, like when Tony Stark already did so in Iron Man 2. The fight scenes weren’t anything new either.

Maybe everything we’ve seen of Supergirl isn’t full of angst and doom?

Aside from it being a weird, it’s yet another photoshop making a woman look impossible, etc. Hawkeye Initiative that shit.

Anyway, I mean, I never had faith because Man of Steel was a pile of wank and it’s the exact same people. I’ll still watch it though because I’m part of the problem, apparently, and there will probably be some interesting/fun bits I guess? Probably won’t see it at the cinema unless I have good reason to though

Contrary to what Hollywood expects, you don’t have to watch the latest blockbuster. I don’t mean waiting for Torrent and stuff. Your life won’t change because you skipped out. When you’ve seen enough films in your life, you’ll know what you like and what you’ll pay for it.

The Photoshop picture is just another derivative of Crises covers. They haven’t shown anything to say WW has a major role. So far the only action shots we’ve seen come from the trailer. Having photos of these standing next to each other doesn’t say anything.

A gritty Superman story is a pointless exercise in cynicism.

🙁 It lost me after the first four minutes. Then it won me back in the end. Being a superhero can be fun and inspiring!
