Thank god. It’s not the 52 red crotch costume.

I’ll stick to online clips. So far I can’t keep up with the show.

I wish the article included video game heroines. I’m not a fan of Lara Croft. But Bioware’s franchises and recent Elder Scrolls have allowed players to create their own leading heroines.

I didn’t know there was petition. I was happy to just boycott the film.

One reason I don’t want to see Dreamworks’ version is because Hollywood is still stuck in 20th century sci-fi attitudes. They repeat themes of Bradbury and Philip K. Dick. But Ghost in the Shell has themes that have moved past them.

I think Korra looked more physically impressive than DC’s current animated Wonder Woman. So far their animated 52 films haven’t impressed me a lot.

I have no problem with the casting. The only problem I see is the fact she’s 24 years when she dons the cape.

    SUPERGIRL? She’s 24 and she’s named SuperGIRL?

Let me tell you. Those writers are as crazy as the next John. They’re intimidated by women. They’re afraid of the Almighty Uterus.

    The Almighty Uterus!

seriously!! you need to let it go. if she wants to continue to work out. good for her. just because she isn’t working doesn’t mean she cant keep working out. i applaud her for trying to get in shape. movie or no movie you dont need an excuse to stay or get in shape. so please, let it go.

I’m sorry to have upset you. I do applaud her dedication in getting fit.

It’s the filmmaking that I have doubts about.

Yep. Still no script on either films yet. But hey – Ghostbusters was mostly edited with ad-libbed lines. Maybe they can wing it.

BTW: Shooting usually happens within a two month period. Later re-shoots are often avoided but WB has the cash for it. Pre-production and post are what take up the rest of the filmmaking and it doesn’t require the actor to be there outside of testing and ADR.

That means she’s not working for the rest of those months if they are her only films.

She’s contracted but there still is no shooting date for those other movies. There’s not even a script for the Wonder Woman film.
