ParticipantNow you’re nitpicking. The car talked. That stayed the same. It transformed for added edge. That was cool. I don’t know what the deal was with KARR, because that didn’t last very long. Other than that, the concept of Knight Rider was there.
As for Wonder Woman, it’s still childish no matter how you re-write it. Trust me, many other writers have tried and it got WB nowhere. In the end, they either do it or not, and hope the audience can enjoy it. 😛

Knight Rider was awesome, the new one sucked. A car that transformed into other cars, vans, pick up trucks not to mention the whole KARR that turned into a battlemech but needed a human brain to run itself…though Peter Cullen awesomeness was welcome. Viper handled it far better, well except for the hovercraft mode in season 4 :p
In this case broken concept refers to the shows concept itself. It has nothing to do with being believable or not, how many things on TV are? or comics themselves? 3 secret identities, Wonder Woman being all overly emotional and crying in a fetal position obsessed with an ex-boyfriend at least twice within a single hour long show. That’s not wonder woman.
ParticipantI usually don’t know this stuff is available until much later. But I do prefer some kind of story that’s not just pure fetish or muscle worship. I like a woman with a personality behind their formidable body.

I did see some women bodybuilders there, but they weren’t working any booths. I might try asking if I can take their picture tomorrow. But right now I’m bushed.
ParticipantI’m hoping some female bodybuilders will be there. There will be some on stage posing, but so far there’s no mention of female bodybuilders. 🙁
On the good side, UPS finally came through! I’ve got my new monopod and ballhead mount! I can shoot more photos steadiy in underlit conditions. The 1600 ISO film was a good trial, but I think I’ll try a different approach next time.
There will be a proper bodybuilding and figure competition next month. But right now I think I’ll have more fun this weekend. 😆

ParticipantI ordered a new monopod and arca swiss clamp for my camera. I was so depressed that I lost my last one after I attended a bodybuilding show last year. 🙁
Great news! I discovered that Monica Brant will be a guest at the Sydney Fitness Expo! Also attending are Jen Rankin, New Zealand’s Raechelle Chase, and bodybuilder Dorian Yates!
ParticipantIt’s sad to only learn about this so late in the year. I’m glad I’ve moved to a country that has more women bodybuilders. But most of those shows are out of my way.

ParticipantSad news, indeed. I think the officer was acting too self righteous. But Rhonda should have known better than to solicit down there.
